The Inclusive Kit Checklist Self-Review 2
This is the last stage of the Champion Process.
You will see a number of areas, and simply click if you believe your club is:

‘Emerging’ – practice is not yet consistent.
‍‘Established’ – practice is consistent.
‍‘Embedded’ – this is a strength of the club.

The Self-Review is key to help you identify where you are and where you can improve. It also helps us understand how best we can help you. 
Once you have completed your Self-Review, you will be directed to the Action Plan.

Was your kit designed considering the widest needs of pupils who attend you?

Have the items within the kit been reviewed and discussed by pupils / parents?
Has consideration been given to where the kit is sourced and its sustainability?
Does support students and families in need with help to access kit, as required?
