This guidance has been created to help school members to understand PE kit policy and implement the Inclusive Sportswear Charter. This Guidance is split into sections to support understanding of why PE Kit matters, how to create more inclusive PE Kit policy, and what an inclusive PE kit policy looks like. It is full real case studies and helpful advice to ensure you are equipped with knowledge.

This section provides guidance on incorporating sustainable practices into sports kit policy. It offers recommendations on supporting kit recycling to create circularity in the lifecycle of kit.

This section offers guidance on accommodating the sportswear and sports kit policy needs of individuals with different religious beliefs and practices. It includes recommendations on modest sportswear options, head coverings, and other religious accommodations.
