• The Action Plan helps you identify the areas you would like to improve your Kit policy so they reflect the principles of the Inclusive Sportswear Charter.

What does my Action Plan look like?

• The Action Plan provides a template to outline the what, who, when, how for each Action Area.
• Check out the Example Action Plan we’ve created to help you see what it looks like. There are 3 example areas outlined

How do I complete my Action Plan?.

• Click through to the Action Plan to fill out the sections. You can stop and save your progress at any time and return to it.
• You may want to print off the Action Plan Template and discuss this with your staff to ensure buy-in and engagement.

What areas should I choose for my Action Plan?

• We suggest you start with the areas of the Kit Self-Review Checklist that were marked as ‘Emerging’ or ‘Established’.
• A good place to start is to ask a range of your members for their experiences. Templates for this can be found in our Toolkit Section of the Guidance.

What should I do after I complete my Action Plan?

• Once you submit the Action Plan, it’s over to you to implement! Once completed, then head to the next Impact Evidence section to tell us about what you did and the difference it made. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.
