• After your Review and successful implementation of your Actions Plan, the final stage is to submit your evidence of how your school has improved your PE kit policy to support choice, inclusion and participation.
• You can complete the Impact Evidence if your Action has seen impact.
• For each of your Actions, please describe the impact of your actions for your pupils.
• Evidence can include: examples of positive experiences, case studies of pupils affected, an explanation of the process you went through. You can include where things went well and where things could still be improved or were harder to solve.

After submitting, you will directed to the final Self-Review form to submit to Inclusive Sportswear, and we will review your Champion School certification. This will take 30 days.We grant Champion School certification to schools who have undergone a thorough process of Review, Action Plan, and where we can see real Evidence of impact.
